Later checks confirmed the alarm was false, yet a back up plane was sent from Beijing amid concerns of faults on the original plane.

Deputy Governor Leonid Nikolayev said: ‘All 188 passengers were accommodated in the international flight zone and the airport VIP-hall.
‘They are provided with food and drink. There are doctors on the spot.’
No injuries were reported.
Anadry is Russia’s eastermost town with population of 15,500.
